The best quality beef in town! They cook for us and they would wait for us to enjoy the meat before starting to cook the rest. We have a delicious hot medium rare meat to enjoy with side dishes (ban chan and salad).

Somehow they able to keep the cooking smell and smoke very low. Therefore my cloth and hair did not have the smell of the food. Yeah!!

At night, this place is fun with dim light and music playing  with the music video on the big screen. Once we got the table, the side dishes and water came right away. I mean right at the same time we were going to sit in our chair.

During the day, it is bright with natural light with no music but we can see the old town Scottsdale intersection. We came again just got the desserts, Korean shave iced or Bingsu. Mango Bingsu is deliciously refreshing while red bean & mochi Bingsu is deliciously satisfied.

    Fab spot for Korean BBQ!

+ The place looks Scottsdale- definitely a step up from most of the Koran BBQ places I've been to. Clean, modern, with ventilation above every table so you don't walk out smelling like a grill.
+ The staff is friendly- they cook the food for you here, but if you ask, they'll let you do it yourself. This is our fam's preference because most times they cook all the meat at once and we'd rather pace ourselves. They are great about switching out the grills when needed, and even have a more open grill that allows certain meats to get a nice char.
+ The banchan are my fave part of the meal and the dishes here are legit. Tofu skin, a tasty cilantro dish, bean sprouts, pickled radish, cabbage, scallion and onion salad are all good. If you ask for it (you should) they'll bring out the kimchee- maybe not as popular among the Scottsdale set? but the version here is really tasty, so highly recommend.
+ They set you up with 3 small bowls of salt, hot sauce, and a sweet dipping sauce. Ask for doenjang and they have that, too- I guess fermented soybeans are also not a crowd pleaser, but it makes everything better.
+ My fam loved ALL the meat (and they are tough critics). I was a big fan of the pancake stuffed with seafood and the cold noodle dish (called spicy, but not really).

    Everything is delish, recommend!

    Highly recommend Sizzle!!

Obviously one of the coolest features of this restaurant is the fact that they cook the meat right at your table, and everything is delicious. It's a bit pricey but worth the experience!

If you want to try other menu items, go for the bibimbap (pictures here with tofu)! The bowl is SO hot that it actually crisps up the rice in the bowl as you eat it. Drooooool.

I absolutely love all the small plates and salads they bring you at the beginning! It is very authentic and so fun to try everything. Plus, you can ask for more of anything you want. It definitely adds to the family-style experience.

Swanky environment... casual enough to bring your whole family, but still nice enough for a date night. I've never had an issue with parking in the lot right next to the building. Love this new concept in Scottsdale and hope it sticks!

Came here on a Friday night for korean bbq and I had a really good experience. The place had plenty of seating and everything looked elegant. For the bbq, you can either pick individual items or you can do a beef or pork combo. We did a beed combo with brisket, ribeye, marinated short ribs and marinated thin sliced beef. The combo comes with a stew. The meat quality was great and there was enough food for everyone. The banchan and the salad were delicious. Our waitress did a great job cooking the meat and changing the grill when appropriate. Overall awesome experience there.
If there is one thing that could be changed I would say that I wish that there was a combo where you can have both beef and pork and not one or the other.

It really depends on what you want from your kbbq.  If you want AYCE and eating until you want to die then I recommend Manna.  It will come in about $10-15 cheaper for two.  If you want higher quality meat/soup/steamed egg/side dishes then come here.  Everything is higher quality, especially the meat.  The beef combo for two is enough really for 3 people and the marinated short rib is not something you will see on AYCE menus due to cost.  They actualky change the grate out from a flat pan the grill type to cook the marinated meats including the bulgogi, which is the correct way (keeps meat from steaming/boiling) but almost never done anymore.  Ask for Joy, she was great!  I am a certified Korean.
